Gastropub The Graham Hotel has undergone a refurbishment to reflect a more casual bistro offering as part of a relaxed and informal dining experience. Observing a culinary trend towards more traditional gastropub meals served in an elegant yet comfortable setting, hotel owners Tony and Peter Giannakis, with Executive Chef Perry Schagen, will offer guests a new menu.
The menu will see the incorporation of bistro staples such as a shared 1kg rib eye steak and a coq au vin. In addition to the menu, the newly renovated Graham Wine Bar (GWB) presents guests with a setting to enjoy Tony Giannakis’ wine list. The GWB’s sheltered courtyard is now a non-smoking area which allows the bi-fold doors to be opened on mild days creating a sheltered outdoor area. The Graham can also accommodate larger private groups within the main dining room and the private dining room while areas of the GWB are also available for exclusive use. An upstairs private dining room with city views will be available function hire in the near future.
