In May Venue reported that Saké Restaurant & Bar was coming to Melbourne. Well, it has arrived! Executive Chef Shaun Presland has put together a top notch kitchen team, including Rose Ang (Head Chef) and Paula Lawdorn (Sous Chef). They will join General Manager Enda Cunningham and his experienced floor team in delivering their unique twist on modern Japanese cuisine.

The fit-out has been designed by Luchetti Krelle, the award-winning design firm behind the chic interiors of the two existing Saké restaurants, as well as The Cut Bar & Grill and Momofuko Seiobo in Sydney. Saké Restaurant & Bar Melbourne will open its doors for dinner on Wednesday 22nd August and will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
