Designers from interior design firm, Clairoux, recently unveiled their latest project: the Place Carmin gourmet restaurant, located in Montreal’s Quartier International. Restauranteurs Mélanie Blanchette and François Nadon, owners of Bouillon Bilk and Cadet, are the duo behind this new French brasserie.
